Welcome to the Oxford Photographic Society

May I extend a warm welcome to you to join our friendly meetings. You will have the opportunity to see the work of others and discuss ideas and techniques. We have internal and inter-club print and slide competitions where the comments by the visiting judges are informative ( if sometimes controversal ).

Illustrated talks by some of the best photographers in the country are included in our comprehensive programme. Our club has a very high standard in traditional and digital work and members a always willing to share their expertise.

We meet every Tuesday evening in the City of Oxford Silver Band Hall , Temple Road, Cowley, Oxford. Please note, that some Discussion Group meetings may still be held at the Radcliffe Infirmary .
Meetings start at 7:30pm - finishing around 10:00pm - with a break for tea and coffee, and a chat.
